C4 tranny leaks oil

HI, got a problem with the C4 tranny.

When the transmission is at normal operating temperature it starts to leak out of this drillhole.

It`s not mutch but there are some drop`s continuous.

I can`t see into the hole but there is no thread inside.

Is it closed with a ball?

For what ist it good?

This is the answer I get from Mike from Transmission Parts Online in Vista California:

Hi

That ball does not have any pressure behind it, so you can try to seal it with silicone. I have never seen that leak from there? It’s not leaking from the extension housing gasket?
