Getting her back together

Hey guys, this is Wayne.

After years of neglect I'm putting back together my Mach 1 that has been in the family since 1975. Hope to get good advice and hopefully helps others with what I learn. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the welcome guys. I'm shooting for the following combination:

351C w/ closed chamber 4v heads(I've started to modify already), Comp cam XE (272?) hydraulic, AOD tranny, 3.73 9" sitting on a standard (but new leaf spring setup), new front end suspension (still looking at how far to go with it). Debating whether to go to EFI on a Performer Air Gap manifold.

Obviously I'm shooting for a strong street cruiser.

First order of business is the body, as it has some rust at (you guessed it) rear quarter and sills.

It's a lot of work, but since it's been around so long in the family, I want to do it justice.
