Looking to get a small blaster of some type and saw this one http://www.harborfreight.com/portable-abrasive-blaster-kit-37025.html anyone use one of these before? or have any ideas/suggestions on one

We have one this style, Not this exact one but it works very well. Will make a mess if you dont put plastic down but like I said works well

Biggest problem was clogging due to moisture, Mark73 spoke of a dryer he was trying out for his blasting. Maybe that would help.
It worked, I did most of my blasting outdoors, using the spent media for landfill!

These are great for the small stuff but big stuff is a no go

I have their soda blaster, makes a mess, kind of works, it a pain to load and gets clogged.
would be alright for small jobs.
I was at a trade show in Chicago last month and seen sponge coated blast media, its suppose to kept the dust down and is reusable, sound good but don't know where to get any

I have that exact blaster works well for small parts, I got it because i have a small compressor. Its not big enough to do large areas.If I had a larger compressor I would have opted for a larger unit. my 2 pennies
