Saturday was the show, more shopping and chatting with folks, the parade and street party and hung out with Jerry Heasley and Donald Farr. Too tired to go back on Sunday - maybe next year I'll do the autocross.Carlisle2012 027.jpg

SWEET and you could not build the red car for that if it was done correctly
He wanted to sell so he dropped the price. I told him I'd post it on-line. It was as good as it looks - I saw one rip in the seat but that's about it and the incorrect chrome bumper. It was easily worth $7500 more than he was asking. The red one with the non-chrome bumper was higher priced - I think low to mid 20's.

Thanks for the pics!

But I have to ask, the last picture of the poster/banner or ?, it says 1972 Mustang but text describes the 1971 model, not the 1972. I understand we are only seeing part of the item in the pic.

But from what I see, it is a little confusing. No big block motors (429's) were offered in the Mustangs for 1972.

I'm very confident Jerry Heasley and Donald Farr know this.

I agree that that is a $23k car if done correctly. If someone is looking, that's a car to look at!
