finally tore engine down

Well I finally got the engine torn down at school. Opened it up and got a sinking feeling. The cam bearings were sticking out of the sides, spun the bearings on # 1 and two rods and totaled the crankshaft. The cam would not even turn with everything out. In the pics you can see how the journal for #2 is stepped. If anyone has a crank they want to part with PM me.

I have a good crank thats cut 10-10 i believe. Has about 3000 miles on it. And a good cam, lifters, and valve springs for sale. Building a 408 stroker so dont need these any more. Let me know if your interested.

Turtle: am intrested. Let me know how much with shipping to 61068.

Totalled: Haven't talked to the machine shop yet. He did all the machine work and assembly. The engine only has 21 runs on it at the strip and less than 150 miles total.

MeZapU: #8 has a sleeve in it and am .040 over.
