hello everybody does anyone have a pair of 302 Cleveland cylinder head to sell ?

thanks for your future answers

I had to Google 302 Cleveland because I had never heard of one (not that I know all that much about Ford engine flavors).
Based on what I read in a few minutes I'd have to assume that cylinder heads for the block would be pretty hard to find.
There are are a whole lot of people on this site that know a whole lot more than I do that can give you a better answer. There are even a bunch of members from Australia who might know how to get their hands on a set, you never know.
Mike

Why do you want them? are you trying to raise the compression ratio? Chuck

because i've read on the internet they're similar to 351 C 2V but with closed chamber it is true ?

Genuine 302C heads have 2v ports but have an approximately 59cc combustion chamber. As far as I know, most people do not put them straight on a motor with flat tops...a little too much compression.
They are what alot of aluminum aftermarket heads copy.

Put them on my dish-piston ‘73Q. Pushed the compression up to 9.5:1. Easy horsepower gain.

so the 302 cleveland head work with 351 engine block but only with dished piston ? but does it need another modification on oil or water passage?

thanks for your answers

Nope. The 302 cleveland is the same block/head architecture as the 351 Cleveland but with a different crank stroke. This different than using 351 Cleveland heads on a 302 Windsor block. That does require waterpassage changes.
So, don't confuse Boss 302 heads with 302 Cleveland heads. Different animals.

I have a set of 302C heads. These are austrailian 302c heads. They are rough but in good overall shape. They need everything. $500 pair plus shipping. I bought these heads from Billy "Stangster Boss" Morgan out in California. He is a well known youtuber and forum contributor to the 351c group on Facebook. He also owns a machine shop, so I trust him when he says these heads are good and they just need to be re-worked.

I have a regular set of 2v heads too, also for sale, $200. 2v have valves in them 302c does not have valves.

These heads are a great way to get instant power. On a stock 351c with Dish pistons and a decent cam you can get 400-450 HP no problem. The limit is how high you want to push the compression ratio. you can fine tune the compression ratio by using cometic MLS gaskets. They are available in a large range of thickness. You get a thicker gasket to drop the CR or thinner to raise the CR.

Dish pistons as in 8 :1 comresuon 2v motor?
What compression these heads get you without touching pistons?

Who out there has a good pair of rebuildable 302C heads that live closer to Detroit?? Let me know.... Thanks!

Aussie 302C info... http://www.aus-ford-uk.co.uk/html/engines2.html

Find Aussie 302C heads... heard Mike was in the States before Thanksgiving calling on race shops selling his wears, and he said he had 302C's in USA {my guess in/around Santa Fe Springs, California]

picture is old data so not sure the USA contact data is still good but his aussie info should be
