Had my 2 3/4 inch grade 8 bolt tack weld it in, didn’t have hardly any positive caster at all , I ended up getting 3) 1/8 shims in the front and one in the back. My ride height from spindle to top of flair is 12 3/4”,kind of low and my lower control arm eccentric eliminator is an almost as far...
I have experienced this on my convertible. Mine is from frame sag. Frame has sagged and windshield leaning towards driver, alignment to wind shield throws out alignment to 1/4 window. My door jamb is nice except for where it meets the sill, the gap is larger at the front bottom. Had to adjust...
Has anyone tried the eBay coil over conversion kit on their mustang? I suppose you could adjust your height to any look you want. Overkill for daily driver?
Whenever I wanted to lower the car a certain amount I would just measured down that far on the spring overall length with the tape measure and cut. usually on the money. After taking one and a half coils out the front end bottoms out and is really springy, even with stiff shocks. It feels as if...

while doing maintenance on front bearings, found that my outer race is spinning in the hub and has at least .005 slop. 70-73 large bearing hubs are not available. I was told 64-67 hubs can work by using their race and using the larger i.d. 71 bearing. can anyone confirm this? ...
you may still need to lean out idle circuit, insert a strand of copper wire about .010 dia. 1/2" long bent like letter J and slide long end into idle feed jet in the metering block. this will have a noticeable effect on idle and cruise mix. i remember on my 429 that .013 wire dia. was too lean...
