I may be simple minded but I thought an easy way to tell a 351c vs 351w is that the 351c has 8 bolts holding down the valve cover and the Windsor 6?? I count 8 on the OP's engine.
Example: 351c valve cover...
I would think the other 3 screws would hold it down firmly where the 4th would not matter, just place a screw in for looks, it is just the bezel.
T Handle has an allen set screw you loosen to take off, look on the dash side of the t handle (just going by memory).

I wired several things in my car, USB ports (2), 12v charging port. They are in the center of the aftermarket console I installed. I put a new, additonal fuse box in the glove box to run the aftermarket parts I put in. I ran a hot wire from the existing box to the new one for main power.
Glad I chose to restore my Mach 1 to what I want as a driver as my show days are behind me! When I did my 1968 AMX I needed a steering wheel and they were over 1k for a good one and much higher for a nos. That is when I learned to restore them lol!! I don't mind spending money but if I can...
