I am looking at purchasing what I was told are 351 cleveland heads. The casting number on the heads are D3AE-A2A
Would these be cleveland heads?

I don't see a D3AE-A2A heads, but do see D3AE-GAB heads and they are 1973-74 Cleveland 400s and not 351C heads. I see D3VE-A2A and those are 460ci. I see D3ZE-AA and these are 351C CJ Heads 1973 -76.

A source I use is Mustangtek.com that has casting numbers for heads, blocks etc.

That number does not come up on Mustangtek nor Enginelabs.com. I think the number is being read incorrectly. Can you get a picture and post it? Get a picture of the complete head as well.

Drove out to look at the heads. Turns out they came off a remanufactured 351M
