Maybe it's just me, but it used to be a lot easier to get fan belts without having to remove them and take them in for measurements.

Looking for part numbers for the:
Alternator
Power steering
A/C (although Is not critical at this time until it gets serviced)

Any clues from those who have been down this road?

Thanks... now the question is... is the A/C integral or hang on :)

If you have a Marti Report, it'll be listed on there. That would be integral. It'll also usually show on the body buck tag on the radiator support. Another dead giveway is the AC cars only had one fresh air vent in the cowl on the passenger side. The driver's side is just flat sheetmetal.

Integral is production installed AC where the cooled air comes out of the dashboard vents and has the dual outlet vents at the top of the center dash bezel/trim. Ford hang-on air (and most of the aftermarket units then) were attached at the bottom of an already cramped lower dash area.
Below is an illustration of the Ford Deluxe dealer-installed air. The economy unit only had controls and vents on the driver's side.
The Marti report Hemikiller mentioned, along with the firewall/cowl differences and buck tag (if still there), is the best 100% way to verify. People have been known to swap out air from a factory AC car but not have the unique opening in the firewall right and would still have the cowl with the dual fresh air vent openings. :)

Why didn't they say so... "factory air" lol. Yes it has factory air 1 in 3 on the convertible in 72

This post is timely. I have been “wanting” to get the measurement of the various belts for our two 73 Mustangs for a while. Both are equipped with Classic Air aftermarket A/C. One is pure stock 302. Then other is a street/strip 351W (not C). The time is best to see what belts go with which vehicle before I “have to” due to a broken belt.

Anyway, many thanks for posting this. Now I will get off my dead tail feathers and get this done.

I think my 71 302 with classic air was about 51 1/2? It runs water pump, crank, compressor, idler pulley.
