I would like electric side mirrors in red. Anybody know of any modern mirrors that might bolt straight on to a 73 conv door. Hope I'm allowed to piggyback on someone elses post.

I have a 73 convertible and this is a photo of the rear seat partition. I think it is factory. Spot welded along the bottom and the sides but I can't see the top. It also has two brackets at the top which anchor the top of the seat back.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I thought of wiring a 10 sec capacitor up to the starter side of things and then to the seatbelt flasher. Does any body think that would work?

Thanks Paul, I thought that if I made the hole any bigger the *** would just pull back through it. I guess the glue only needs to hold until you get the weight of the car onto it.

I can't even get one of my **** through the hole to put the wire ON.

I don't know if anybody else has felt this but I have found polyurethane spacer/insulators can give you a harder ride. I guess it might be worth it if you want to be lightening around corners.
