More ripoff tactics from Speedmaster / ProComp Electronics / AT Racing World

Everything is about the money, ethics, integrity and pride are out the window. There are some businesses that still have it, but you have to hunt for them. I used to like weiend manifolds until they started producing them in China. I’ve read reviews where people that bought the knockoff stuff...

    New face

Welcome from NM. Kind of odd for a rebuilt engine to lose oil pressure. If it did in fact lose oil pressure there should be signs of that on the other rods and main bearings. Could also be bearing clearance issue or a connecting rod issue. Regardless, make sure you find out the cause so it...

    Kill switch system? Your thoughts?

I have thought a switch in the negative of the coil and dizzy is easy way to go and just hide a switch in the car somewhere but I like mrgmhale’s idea of the cigarette lighter. No one would ever think that would be linked to the ignition system.

By the way, I think you mentioned you have two new Mach 1 grills in ford boxes. If you want to sell one, I am definitely a buyer for it

    Our 71 Mustang

When I was 15, my brother bought a 65 Mustang coupe for me. It was an “A” code (289 4v, dual exhaust) with a 4 spd. Words can’t explain how happy I was. He taught me how to do some work on it. We changed u- joints, tuned it , put new carpet in. When I got my permit, I drove everyone crazy asking...

DODGY BAD RUST REPAIRS ON UTUBE

The end result looked good in the video, but in person I would think you could see telltale signs of the repair, although you would have to sand it down to see what’s really there. I would think the wheel house would have some rust too. Just goes to show, you never know what’s hiding under the...

Parts For Sale NOS and used parts going to Columbus

There was a saying, “race on Sunday, sell on Monday “. Well, I love all things Ford, so an event like this for me, the saying would be “buy on Sunday, bankruptcy on Monday “, lol.

Wanting a 71 429 scj drivers side exhaust manifold

I had the hooker headers on my 70 Torino Cobra. Sure enough, the tubes that go under the chassis scraped. It sucks that no one makes a better design long tube header for the big blocks. I have a set on my car now that someone custom made. All of the tubes exit between the crossmember and...

    It's baaaaccckkkkk!

I have to add my two cents. First cent goes to the green Mustang. I find it hilarious in a sad way that this car keeps popping up for sale and being advertised dishonestly. The current owner should man up, advertise it for what it is and take the hit. My second cent goes to the Boss 302...

Need to replace front and rear springs

You have obviously made many improvements for both power and handling. My thought is to weigh each corner of the car, provided the weight info to Eaton, along with the improvements you’ve made so you can get an accurate recommendation. You need to determine what ride height you want and what you...
