I'm dealing with a similar but opposite problem, but with A/C.  In fact, I just bought some vacuum hose for the water valve yesterday.    The diagram posted shows this line as purple.  Does purple actually show somewhere?  How long is this line? (I only bought 4')

Do you think the rivets can be tightened while still in the car?  Maybe with a LARGE C clamp?

And tonight got out and adjusted my driving lights. 

But isn't that what the rings are supposed to take care of? To center the wheel to the hub?

Still chasing vibrations, I think I may need to acquire some hub centric rings or spacers.  I'm running an older set of 2009 CT&W Magnum 500s, 7" and 8".  I've also got an LF rub at full turn.   How do I get the measurements from the rims?  Are the any issues with running smaller spacers...

Yesterday, finally got out and met up with a local Mustang group,  "Old Mustangs Rule" (OMR). Great group of guys. Later in the day brought Moose to his first gathering,  "Nifty 50ees Classic Cruisers".  Had a great time. 

I've been around the smell of gasoline my entire life. But, (get your stones ready) I have a crazy idea that my next project could be a 7172 with a Ford electric crate. Supposedly they are going to also offer controllers entire. In the future also.  I would only even think about doing this on...

Sorry, I don't know the clutch type.  I'll start off by replacing the bushings and bar springs. Any parts kit recommendations?

Oh boy.

Thanks for everyone's input.   I do probably need to rebuild the bar, new bushings and springs.  I'll also add that "normally" the clutch pedal about an inch below the brake pedal,  but, I can also "pop" it up about an inch above the brake pedal. 

My trim won't stay on.  Is it a pressure only fit? It looks like there's rubber pieces rotted out.
