    Yes. Tim and I discussed at length. Doesn't sound like Rollmaster is going to make any changes either. Sounds like it has been going on for a while now and I was the first one to bring it up to Tim, prompting him to make that post.

    Just wanted to give an update on this. I got a machine shop in town to open up the key ways to fit the woodruff keys. The set fits perfectly now. Now to get this damn thing finished up and in the car.

    Also the problem with cutting down teh key itself is then there will be slop on the balancer.

    Yes. He has also contacted Rollmaster several times. All of his gears in stock measure the same as mine, yet Rollmaster doesn't want to do anything. From what I've found online this has been an issue with Rollmaster for a while.

    That looks like the old MDL bracket. Mine did the same thing. They have a new version available. Much more sturdy. I know this doesn't help right now but might want to contact them so it is waiting for you when you get home.

    I had installed a pertronix III at one point. Took a **** after about 2 months. I believe other members here have had similar issues with the Pertronix III.
