The base on passenger side where it mounts to the door is cracked. Also bad choice of words on my part using "Aftermarket" I meant the Repops of the originals that NPD has listed.

Anyone have any experience with the aftermarket sport mirrors? The base on my Passenger side is cracked and it does not hold any type of adjustment. My drivers mirror is all scratched up and the remote does not work at all (it is connected) and does not hold any adjustment either.

TSP - Make it into a paste and scrub it on. Rinse it off.

Backed out he screws all 1/4 turn. Fired it up let warm up in high idle for a couple min and kicked it down and it kept running and idling smooth. Granted it is now 76 outside. I will test out again when it is cooler out. But thanks for the help. I'm sure I sill have more tuning to do on this...

I'm running the Prothane mounts on my 73 with the 71-72 perches. They are very nice and I had no fitment issues with my headers.

About 250. It was a perfect day. Sunny and mid 70's. The new 408 is running great. I'm thinking my carb might be a bit on the small side for this set up though. Still working on some tuning. Prob going to spring for an AFR meter so I can dial it in perfect.

I have the chance to score a set of Leather front seats from a 2015 GT premium in perfect condition. Car had 12,000 miles on it when it got rear ended. Price is hard to pass up. Under $400 for the set. Anyone try to adapt these to a 71-73?
