Does anyone have a small piece of oem white seat vinyl about 6" x 36" (or 12" x 18") they would be willing to sell?

I may be able to help you there, as my upholsterer has some of the original white vinyl. He used it on our new seat covers, and it looks exactly like the backseat which is still original. I will ask him if you'd like?

72 Sprint hood paint with a Ramair hood?

That's interesting that Ford didn't offer the NASA hood with the Sprints, especially with the 351 cars 2 or 4 barrel. Lots of Mach 1s sold with the 351 2 barrel H codes. My theory, (not that it took any brains to come up with this) is that back in the day, I'm guessing a guy could buy a...

What is the Correct Ford OEM size for both front and rear sway bars - 1971 Mustang

Is this the same for 72? Also, anybody figure out a place to get the plates that go under the springs for the link bars to attach besides the thiefs on eBay. 200 bucks for some flat stock seems pretty ridiculous, I might just have to make a set. Anybody got a pattern?

    Austin Vert's Grille Makeover Project.

Greg, as many have already said, your grill looks fantastic !! So funny that back in the day when I had my 73 Sportsroof, I loved the big horse too, but I wanted the Mach 1 grill and hood. I took the big horse from my standard grill and put it on the rear deck lid, opposite the Mustang script...

    Divorce sale

Hi Joe, in the brief time we met, I felt I had met a brother. I can understand your happiness though, even though you are going through a divorce. I hope it goes as well as possible. May I suggest if at all possible, try to do meditation. My ex and I really tried to be fair to each other, and to...

The difference between Stang and Vette owner brains!

As someone who has always owned both marques, and currently own two Vettes and one Stang, (almost had another 72 Mach 1 last week, but got realistic about my time constraints). I really don't think it's a brains issue. That could have just as easily been some of the idiots I've known to own...

Selling "Miss Donna" 8000 mile "barn-find" to fund my twenty other projects. Auction ends in three days.

Hi Kevin, So obviously none of the "experts" on that selling site no crap about Mustangs, and more importantly didn't do the research on you prior to opening their big fat mouths. I have never seen such ignorance on a selling site before. I was tempted to sign up, just so I could join the...

    '72 Convertible, 351-2v, 3-speed, Black (1724-A), red interior

I wonder why black was a special order? It seems like black was always a popular color and it seems like I have seen black 71-73 mustangs before. I always assumed it was a standard available color, or was black special order only for all three years?
