Welcome from Germany 🤗 Hope you get back your car soon and the work they have done is good though! Like the color! I would not paint the stripes, clear coat could get chipped off over the years. If garage kept you should not have any problems with discoloration or anything on them...

Go for the brass plugs, not the simply metal ones. The brass ones are thicker and holding up longer, in my personal opinion...

As said before, +1 A place which also could squeak are the shock mount bushings in the shock tower. They often are disintegrated or just ripped by false jacked up fronts. Now they can squeak and tore the upper shock mount. Lower shock mounts can also squeak, there are some little bushings too.
