    '71 Boss 12k miles. This one will be expensive!

    I thought they came in the trunk like the front spoiler (on a Boss) to be added by the dealer after delivery. If you were faster than him or ordered one over the dealer new you could perhaps agree to not install it. Or... ?!?

    Tail Light Assembly

    I have done this and I did not recognized that there is a left or right. Mine where equal for both sides. I used weatherstripping glue to fix them on the taillight and it went just fine!

    Steering Linkage grade-what's the difference?

    With Moog you could not go wrong, I did all my suspension and steering with MOOG higher grade parts and PROFORGED and some NOS. All went in fine and seemed to be of high quality. I wouldn't go any cheaper...

    Trouble with ram air fitting on 429

    The top circle of the base air cleaner has to have a rubber seal which just touches the counterpart on the hood, it was not meant to go through! I think your Torker intake is too tall for the ram air...

    Poor Man's Transmission Jack.

    That's how I made my own transmission jack, too. An old small car jack, a big steel plate and some angle iron, good bolts, some grinding and painting and done. With that I got a C6 out and back in of a 1970 F250 without jacking the truck up. The top loader of the Mach will be next in a few years...
