    Blue steering wheel question

Thanks for the comments. This steering wheel does appear to thrashed to save. The horn pad is good, but the insert is also broken. I'll look for a better blue wheel, or maybe a black wheel would like good in this setup since the cluster is black.

    Blue steering wheel question

What did you all do to restore your steering wheels ? Finding a blue one might be hard and pricy. Is this salvageable using epoxy rebuild , or should I just switch to a black one ? I would like to keep the interior blue My horn pad looks ok.

Two of the fastener holes do not line up well either, like everyone said might happen. This panel is going in the scrap pile, Back to the drawing...

Does this car have 89K or 189K miles ?

One more thing, I am the 4th owner of the car. The 2nd owner told the 3rd owner that there's only 89K original miles. Again, there's no way to prove that, but more evidence.

    Partial cowl repair possible?

My leak test involved pouring pitchers of water into the cowl, I didn't turn on the car, but I might try the camera scope idea and see if I can find it.
