Gents, I have a chattering clutch during engagement and being aware of some possible oil contamination and or rust on the flywheel/pressure plate from being parked for 20+ years I’m going to tear it down in anticipation of replacing the clutch disc, pressure plate, and resurfacing the flywheel...

The hole behind the brake booster is where mine goes. I think it’s the normal location.

If you haven’t tried already, I’ve heard that using heat can soften the aftermarket foam enough to get it over the fittings. This has yet to be tried by me……… but it might be worth a shot. I could also use that piece so please keep us posted! Good luck
