So The 351w I bought is out of a 86 f250. I was told that the oil pan off of my 302 would bolt right on but it doesn't...? What do I do? I need a shorter oil pan for it to fit right?

Ok the oil pan I took off the 302 is a front sump but it's not fitting on the 351 because the crank is to big on the back. Am I going to need to get a different oil pan? Any suggestions?

It may be an 86 motor because it's carbureted

So my uncle just pulled a 429 motor out of his old Ranchero. it doesn't run but its all there. he only wants 650$ for it. would it be worth it to buy it and rebuild it for my car? Give me your opinions. (i have a 302 now)

This is My first car. I'm 16 and have been building this for about a year and a half now. I did all the paint, body, wiring, motor work exc (with the exception of tuning the carb) it has a 302 with an aluminum intake and a 600 cfm 4 barrel carb. Let me know what you think :)

So my 71 coupe had a broken blinker cam. (meaning if i wanted to use the blinker i would need to hold it up or down.)so now i went through all the struggle of changing it to result in me blinkers not working at all. im gonna have to take it all apart and try again i guess. im not really looking...

My mustang was like that when i got it but with some miner wielding, a crap load of bondo, and months of sanding i got it pretty close to what i wanted :p but then again i'm just a 16 yo with his first car. i wasn't necessarily going for show quality. My eyes are on the engine. -max
