1 wire alternator

I have a question about replacing my alternator with a 1wire With internal regulator. After I finished I checked to make sure it was charging. I’m good there but my right signal indicator went out and so did my parking brake light.
any ideas on what could have happened.

Not related to the wiring of the alternator. Check around the alternator where you were working for wires or grounds that may have come loose.
