As a new 6 cylinder owner, I was hoping to get a roster of all the 6 bangers in the group.

I'll start off. Project "Elroy" 1972 convertible, 3 speed manual.

Come on, I know there's at least a couple...

My 73 convertible is a 6 cylinder. I've owned it since 1974. I considered upgrading to a V8 over the years, but am happy with the 6 cylinder. It's easy to work on and still cruises at 70 MPH very easily. It's interesting that it had many options except the engine. Décor' group, sport mirrors, full console, AM/FM stereo, etc. If I feel the need for speed I have a 2004 Mach !.
