What is the best and cheapest way to ship large Items?
any Ideas?

+1 FedEx seem to handle freight more carefully than UPSI find Fed Ex ground to be more reasonable than UPS or the USPS, but greyhound is probably the cheapest route. Watch your box size, it may be cheaper to use two boxes as the carriers tend to work on "dimensional weight"
What Mike said! The Cleveland long block I bought from Don of OMS
cost $310 to ship 2500 miles door to door.
Try www.freightquote.com, I was very pleased with
the level of service. You tell them what want to do and
they give you several choices of shipping companies
that can do that for you.

I like uship.comits a set of Convertible rear seats, that are in Illinois area, that I'm interested in.
I'm coming up with UPS prices of about $400+ just shipping to Rhode Island.
