All great intros, but I don't think you can go past Mad Max 2. After the very first bit of the feral kid (now as an elder and leader of the great northern tribe) telling of the past and how the "future" became what it was, then goes to the view of coming out of the injection hat and hearing that great Cleveland sound and the chase that ensues. Absolutely brilliant.

Great films mentionrd already. Not actually the intro but a few minutes in, the '68 Camaro tearing up Van Nuys in "Aloha Bobby and Rose" hooked me so hard that I'm building a tribute car.
