Installing carpet, do you guys glue it down or just use the trim and seats to hold it in place?

Thanks,

Ron

Well that’s one for no glue, Thanks Tom. How was it done from the factory?

I can’t see any reason that I would need to peel up carpet. Any after wiring I can go through the kick panels and under the sill plate.

I pulled up my original carpet in mine. It was bucked in Sep 70. There was no glue holding my carpet down. Only thing between it and the sheet metal was the cardboard back wooly insulation. Carpet was just laid in and held down by the trim pieces. Hope it helps.

Thanks everyone. It went in easily and is quite secure.
