Cherohala SkyWay and Tail of the Dragon Cruise, Prior to MustangSteve Annual Bash.

Departing Tellico Plains September 26 Thursday AM.

Thursday AM we head out on the Cherohala Skyway to; drive 43 miles to Robbins N C, Then past Lake Santeethla & Fugitive Dam (Harrison Fords character jumped off the dam in The Fugitive)

Then on to Deal's Gap and Tail of the Dragon, ", with 318 curves in 11 miles, is America's number one motorcycle and sports car road. The nearby CHEROHALA SKYWAY is quickly becoming number two with its remote 60 miles of scenic mountain highway." We plan on doing both runs .

Then those who choose to will continue on to Franklin, Tenn(Total days cruise 6.5 hours) Thursday night is a hosted dinner, that is the kickoff to the 9th Annual MustangSteve Bash. Cruise and Bash is open to all, Mustangs and Ford powered Cars are the featured cars. Actually it's more about enjoying time with the Folks attending, than the Cars. Mustangs are our common interest.
