Hello All, I have a '73 vert with original tach on dash. I've never seen either of the two lights on the tach lit (the "Mustang" and "Brakes" lights). What events are supposed to light them? And if they don't work, what are the recommended troubleshooting steps? The tach works fine otherwise. Tach.jpg

The Mustang is your high beam indicator. It can be toggled on and off with the high beam switch on the top left side of the driver's floor.
The BRAKE light goes on when low pressure is sensed in you braking system.
You don't want to see that one.

Actually the BRAKE light might be the parking brake on indicator. I have idiot lights they are different.

Parking brake light is an option and would be to the left of the headlight switch in the dash frame.
