front speaker

Hi All,

I need to replace the front speaker and was wondering what is the best way to access it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove the dash pad and metal plate by windshield

Speaker mounting bracket [ witch also supports the center of the main dash ] held in place with 4 - 1/4 inch hex head screws
