Will the gauges work on a 6 cyl?

Yes, but you'll need sending units that'll fit the inlliner block and the right engine gauge feed harness. That and the underdash and headlight harnesses will have to be converted to tach-configuration to get the ammeter to work. With effort, you can use the underdash harness, but still will need it modified to accept the gauge cluster harness. Rocketman can convert the ammeter to a voltmeter as well.
