Hello all! Im a newbie from far western Kentucky near Paducah. I finally got the chance to purchase my dream car! Ive seen my older brothers countless times out in dad's garage modifying on one of these beauties. I was hooked and have been every since they would take little sis for a Sunday afternoon cruise to the local A&W. I can't help but smile every time I see mine or take her for a cruise. She's my therapy I jokingly say but in all honesty I love the smiles and same nostalgic stories that I hear from others when I'm out and about with her. "Karma" (as I call her) is a all matching numbers California car with 37, xxx miles. I've been told that the car was purchased new in 1973 for a wife and then was given to the daughter at her graduation a few years later. She drove the car back and forth to work at a local hospital and put minimum miles on it until she was institulaized a few years back. The car was then brought across the US to her only living relative, her brother. Who then sold it right away to a local lady here in KY. Unfortunately she was unable to keep the car because of bad health issues and a short few years later sold the car to me in November 2016. Always a woman owned car. [WHITE SMILING FACE]
Have learned a lot of great info already from this forum. Thanks for the add and look forward to seeing all the beautiful cars and great advice from here.
