It seems that the guy stamping those vin numbers was drunk that day... Some of the guys that really know their stuff here may want to comment of the engine vin. Just put this comment on the YouTube video:
The Vin matches the body and the transmission, but it seems that the engine is not the original one. See if you can get the casing numbers on the block to see where that block may have come from. Also check the numbers on the heads. I am pretty sure that you still have the original Ford aluminum intake, so you may also have the original heads...
 
Its hard to make out the block partial but it does not look the same as the inner fender. Might need to clean it a little to see what the other characters/ digits are.
There block has two dates: 1) the casting date code by the casting number and 2) the assembly date code which is on the front face of the engine where the timing cover mounts.
 
The numbers on the block look like they're raised, not imprinted by stamping. There should be a machined flat area on the back of the block, driver side, right below the head mating surface. It should start with a number and then a letter, just like the fender number and transmission number.
