Ignition Switch

How do you replace the ignition switch on the 1972 Convertible with 302 engine? Thank you!

I think it's the same as the others. You need to loosen the bolts that hold the steering column up and drop it down (you can do this with the linkage connected) then you should be able to see the switch on the top of the column. I believe it's held on with two nuts

Im actually going to be doing that in a few days. Mustangs monthly did an article on that awhile back so if you google it you'd find the step by step. But I have the steps in my Chilton manual for my 1972 Mustang so if you want I can scan the pages tonight and upload them. Just let me know.
