That is a gorgeous Mustang! I am a fan of SportsRoof, (FastBack), HardTop (Coupe), and Convertible body styles. I note the rear wind is oriented correctly, with the thick edge being the elading edge despite the counter-intuitive design of the wingtips being swept in reverse of what would have been expected visually. I also see you used a paint template with the Hood Scoop Call-Out characters, letting the paint color peer through the blackout schema when declaring the engine size along with the "RAM AIR" notification We did the same on our 73 Mach 1. I wish we saw more use of templates like that, although the decals still look nice.Did all the work myself. My first paint job.

Below are two links. One os a video that contains a chronological series of photos of the restoration progress. The other shows our 73 Mach 1 on its last day of a 13 1/2 month long restoration. In our case there had been a lot of underlying corrosion requiring some significant body work. I do well with mechanical repairs, but I do not have the artistic flair needed to do exceptional (or even decent) body & paint work, so we hired it out $$$. No regrets, the final outcome speaks for itself - just as I see with your Mustang. Kudos... You did well... I love that shade of blue, especially with the blackout treatment and stripes. Awesome... Damn fine job...

I have the utmost respect for anyone willing to try it. It is a big commitment. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to do it. I just talked to a few people, that I know, that do paint and body work, and after hearing a 5-7 thousand dollar price for them to paint it. I watched hours of Youtube, how to, videos. Bad Chad, I don't know him but ,man, did he help me out. I don't know if I would recomend doing it yourself to others, because it's frustrating as hell. I almost scrapped the whole project a couple times. It takes alot of trial and error. But the feeling of accomplishment when it's done is like nothing else. Thank you all for the comments. It really means alot to hear that others appreciate my car.I always appreciate a self done car more. Hope to have the time and learn more to do mine someday
