Name for Part between rear Fender and rear Bumper

Hello, can someone tell me the name of this part? The Collision Guide says "Outer" ? ? ? THX for Help. Greetings from Heidelberg in Germany

Hello Duck,
Ford didn't get too carried away with the naming of this part. Ford called this a "Rear Bumper Stone Deflector." Mercury called theirs a "Rear Bumper Stone End Deflector." The Cougar version is different from the Mustang version and they can be challenging to find for this one-year-only part, since the Mustang and Cougar both changed body styles in 1974.
