73 Grande will undergo three phase build process. Phase 1 is to make roadworthy. Phase 2 is interior/exterior restoration. Phase 3 is ++ performance.
image0 2.jpeg Hello:

I’ve got a radiator support to move back into its correct location and before I start, I thought I’d ask if someone could measure their unmolested car and give me the measurement between the top seam on the front cross member to the top seam of the radiator support. I took a pic of mine with the tape measure at the middle of the span of both parts to illustrate where I believe I need the distance. Thank you and no hurry, I’m a ways from starting, just didn’t want to ask in a haste.

71' Grande project.
My car is pretty close to that - what I measured in the upper photo may be an 1/8" more - IE 6 1/8"

the radiator mounting brackets should give you a pretty good idea of it.  They bolt to the front crossmember and to the radiator support.

When I installed mine, I made it so the radiator brackets fit in snug between those two pieces.

No Mustangs at the moment.
That's a good dent you got there, Pardner...
