I have a 73 Mach 1. A few years ago I had it painted and the painter talked me into painting the drip rails over the window. He removed the rails to paint and I have had water leaking inside the back area on both sides ever since. I removed the trim and rails to install weather sealer tape but still have water pouring in every time it rains. Does anyone have experience in this area? Thanks, Mike in North Carolina, 704-516-8033. A phone call or text would be appreciated or you can email me at, [email protected]. Thanks

Very nice-looking car. Are you for sure it is the drip rails themselves or is it the windows-or both. I would have someone sit inside and then take a garden hose and start spraying a small area at a time until you figure out exactly where it is leaking. Water leaks can fool you because water will travel by adhesion to a surface and thus can enter in at a spot different from where it is being applied.
