1973 Mustang Mach 1
Hi all, I'm Justin. Member from Southern California. My Mustang is a 1973 Mach 1 351c 2v fmx automatic. The car has been in the family since 1982. I started fixing it up in 2004 at 16. Now it is a great machine that I cruise around and occasionally take to the strip.

Welcome from coastal Alabama!

Sounds like a nice car. Post sone pics when you get a chance.

6 quart oil pan
Where did you get a 6 quart oil pan?

What type of oil pickup did you have to use?

Was it a hassle to fit?

Do you have power steering?

I am currently building my 351C. Hope to have it in by first day of summer. Stop by Angelo's(State College south of Lincoln) first Friday of the month after 8pm. You'll see my black caddy. If you have some spare time on your hands, come by my house and help me put my motor together!!!

Welcome to 7173Mustangs.com! Glad to have you aboard!

old pic and recent pic. The car runs low to mid 13's, very fun to drive. The oil pan is a moroso unit I got from Summit. It uses the stock pickup tube.
