Definitely will put it back to it's original color someday.  It almost looks like you could remove the black...if only.

The argent paint is still on the lower, and on the spoiler, you can see it in the photos somewhat.

Areas that the black has come off you can see that the original blue wasn't really scuffed.  Maybe you could scrape it off?  A guy can dream.

The paint has fallen off one of the mirrors about 50% and there's a nice shiny blue paint under there.
