trying to bring another mustang back to the roads . have a 71 hard top im trying to get back together and on the road.
first mustang but not new to ford as i was a ford mechanic but mainly a/c and electrical back in the mid 90s

ive had the car for about a week now, good old facebook market place picked it up for $1500 the previous owner had a shop and about 80 cars for his retirement fund.. unfortunately he passed away and the family is slowly liquidating the inventory. they pulled the 351w and trans and removed almost all the interior. they then decided they had too many projects and now its my project. trans seems to have gotten very little water in from the missing dipstick and this weekend im planning on braving the 105+ temps and breaking the engine down to at least a short block to see what's going on in there.
