They mount to the bottom of the hood. They have a small hex to adjust them while the hood is closed. If you go to the 429 Mustang/cougar website there is a picture of a hood that’s opened . They have an index for where whatever you are looking for. The hose comes up through a hole in the bottom frame of the hood, then is routed to the left washer and goes across to the passenger side washer. The NPD kit is basically the hose only. Mine is a 71 ,but I imagine it is similar. The hose is routed /stapled to the main harness and starts up to the hood by the brake valve. The picture will help a bit,but requires a little ingenuity.My 73 has washer tank, but no nozzles. Just wondered where they go ?

The only part not in the kit is the rubber grommet that feeds the hose thru the bottom of the hood. Be sure to save this and re use it.@ Kentucky Mustang
