No but I know that car. It is identical to mine but it has a white top where mine is brown.
I’ve got the Marti on that one. It was sold new in El Paso. That one belongs to a guy named Roman Ortiz. Where did you see it?
Hey Fast Cobra. Somehow I missed your earlier response. It's only taking me about 7 months to reply, lol! I remember seeing that Medium Brown Metallic 71 C code Grande with the white top in a parking lot in El Paso TX , probably a Blockbuster or a CD store, when I was in Anesthesiology Residency training in the early 1990s. I remember it like it was yesterday. Here was the car I was driving at that time. It was my first convertible, a 1973 Pearl Red restomod, with a built 351C 4V, T5 OD 5 speed, and a Lincoln Versailles disc brake rear end with 4.11 gears. I even added Nitrous Oxide injection to the car! I loved that car more than life itself. It got me through eight years of medical school and residency training. It was my daily driver, and it never let me down. I did almost all the work on the car except for the paint and interior. I probably put 100,000 miles on that car. I drove the car many times between El Paso and my parents home in Slidell, Louisiana. I even drove it from El Paso to Los Angeles, CA when I did my cardiovascular anesthesia rotation at Cedar Sinai. I know people may think the interior is over the top, but I loved it! I had a custom shop in Shreveport, LA do it while I was in medical school there. The seats were incredibly comfortable, and I added every option to the car, even power windows, a tilt wheel, and delay wipers. The car even had A/C! Another cool thing I added was a huge custom trailer hitch I had welded to the back subframe. I used it to move all my belongings from Shreveport to El Paso in an 8' x 12' U-Haul trailer doing 90MPH! It was no problem with the t5 overdrive 5 speed. The car was indestructible! Kevin.
