As jbojo stated, when you open the glove compartment lid, there is a metal panel at the top of the opening secured by a couple of #8 screws. The mounting bracket is part of the relay and is marked D1ZB-14C690-AA. If you need a relay the Ford part# is D1ZZ-14512-A. Hope this info helps with your problem.

John J, If you find that your relay is indeed bad, I would contact Don (Ohio Mustang Supply) or Midlife. They both had helped me with a relay I needed for a headlights on warning project I was working on with my two Money Pitts! Most of the people selling these NOS relays know how rare the new ones are and they are priced accordingly. If you have some trouble shooting issues, Midlife would be the one to consult since he knows the electrical systems on our cars just as good if not better than the engineers who designed them.

Good luck with your project! ::thumb::
