Start up question

I am changing the fuel tank and fuel lines this weekend so my question is once I get it done and fuel in to the system is there a sequence to prime and start up?

Put fuel in the tank and the fuel pump should pull it through the line once you start cranking the engine. Be sure to check for fuel leaks. Soak in the satisfaction of a job well-done!

Pour about five gallons into the tank. Using a small bottle or squirt bottle, shoot some fuel into the float bowls through the vents. You want enough for the accelerator pump to shoot fuel when you pump the throttle. When you start the engine, it should light off immediately, minimizing the grinding on the starter you need to do to get fuel moving.
