Taillight wiring harness

Gonna try to fix some bad wires on my taillight harness was wondering if someone could tell me what gauge of wire to use.

16 wire for tail lites u should not have a problem.. but don't forget u can go 14 gage too and worry less.. 16 is the smallest i'd ever use. never hurts to go thicker wire but can be a pain if u gotta shove it through a hole..
