From someone who also had a hip replacement, I knew your pain.
Now moving forward, exercise is vital, even if it's just going for walks.
Personally, I work out in a gym 3 days a week and in summer, ride a road bike (bicycle) a minimum of 16 miles 2-3 times a week. At 76, I'm almost as fit as I was 20 years ago and I don't plan on quitting any time soon.
Keep up the good work.

Well, my hip is back to near normal and my wife's recovery from her hip replacement is going well. So...I'm now back in business!
good golly! I had no idea you were running at less than breaneck speed! Thanks for all your patience over the past 5.5 months.

Good golly! I had no idea you were running at less than breakneck speed! I hope the remainder of your wife's healing continues to go well, for both of you...

Glad to hear that you and your wife are doing well!
