I havent tried them but wonder what the advantage is, are they quieter or maybe stiffer for better handling.
I dont know but gonna order a set and give them a try. They are a little more expensive. But by the time mine is on the road I will have forgot what I gave for them so.................

 
Those would be a wise choice. The screw type are a PITA to assemble. They cannot be more rigid, the screw style is metal to metal. This resembles the Granada arm which I understand is interchangable. Are those urethane or rubber bushings?
