I don't have that card either. All I have is the VIN

72Rage, not sure what you are calling the warranty plate. The "Owner Card" Ray posted was presented to the service writer at the dealership when requesting warranty service. If Warranty, recall, or any Ford paid repair was needed the service writer would ask for the "Warranty or OwnerCard".

There is also a label on the drivers door Ford referred to as a Vehicle Certification Label. It had the same info as the metal tag on the Ownercard. Parts and Service personal used this label to obtain important information needed when ordering parts for retail and warranty repairs.

If all of these are missing you may need to order a Marti report as per the link Ray provided in his post. From the info provided in the report they can also make a reproduction Ownercard and Vehicle certification Label for the door.
