Wiring issue

So I went my a friend's shop so I could weld a few plates to the underside of my car for the seat belt harnesses and after finishing a friend noticed my front lights come on with the brakes.  WTF?  look like I have a wiring mystery to solve.

I had a few tail light sockets I had to replace years ago-I wonder if one of them is wired wrong and causing this?

Its not always the case but i know when i owned a ford sierra and ford granada the connections used to rust in the rear light cluster and you would get issues with everything flashing when you used turn signal or braked. Rust will stop the wires grounding. Check your ground first.
