1971 Base Model

Before Covid I picked up a 1971 base model mustang mostly rust free body with a good running 302 and 3 months later some lady came around a 90⁰ turn going 45mph and hit me head on and it's been a constant pill to get fixed and constantly running since then.
What I've done to it:
Holley 2300 2 Barrel EFI
Trunk pan
New fuel tank with high pressure sending unit
Refreshing exposed wiring
Exhaust
Cleaned the Top end of carbon build up
Removed all the smog equipment

And what is a high pressure sending unit please?

The aeromotive gen 2 stealth fuel tank, the pump in it is a high pressure sending unit for an efi, approx 53 gph. I tried the external priming pump and no dice it didn't work.
